Initial Consultation ($100.00, payable to Anna Layden)
The initial consultation is a one hour information-gathering meeting held with Anna and parents to discuss educational concerns and to answer questions regarding the evaluation process. If an educational evaluation is indicated at this meeting, academic and cognitive testing is scheduled. 
 
Full Independent Psychoeducational Evaluation
Details on this are provided below. 
 
Academic Evaluation ($1250.00, payable to Anna Layden)

Review of academic and other records
Consultation with teachers and/or therapists as needed
Administration of academic achievement testing (2.5-3 hours)
Scoring of academic tests and collaboration with school psychologist to discuss findings and prepare report
 
Cognitive Evaluation ($750.00, payable to School Psychologist)
Performed by licensed school psychologist 
Administration of cognitive testing (1.5-2 hours)
Scoring of cognitive tests, collaboration with Anna to discuss findings and prepare report
 
Follow-Up Meeting (Included)
In-depth follow-up meeting with family, Anna, and School Psychologist (1.5 hours).

In-depth follow-up meeting with Anna, School Psychologist, and parents
 
Professional Consultation ($100/hour)
Review of evaluation with other entities such as a school or therapist
Meetings, phone calls and emails in excess of 15 minutes

LICENSED ADMINISTRATOR CREDENTIALS
 
Anna Layden is licensed in Elementary Education, 7-12 English Language Arts, and Special Education by the Colorado Department of Education #354584 (Expires: 11/10/2030). She has worked in the field for 20 years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colorado State University (2003) and a Master’s of Science in Educational Leadership from Walden University (2019).
